About Us
The Gates at Quail Hollow is a condominium community in South Charlotte, North Carolina.
Composed of 174 units on 24 acres of land, the community features extensive green spaces, a pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, and tennis courts.
History
Recorded history of the land now known as The Gates at Quail Hollow can be traced to the early 19th century.
As early as 1830, the land and much of the surrounding area were owned by Sampson Wolfe and his family, who tilled the earth to harvest cotton and corn.
